EquityPay is a multi-tenant platform. Each clinic gets their own secure subdomain, their own patient data, and their own staff portal. Insurance companies can manage multiple clinics from a single admin panel.

Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow HIPAA guidelines for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Identity verification is required before patients can access their billing data.
Bilingual Support
EquityPay supports English and Spanish out of the box, with an extensible translation system that makes it easy to add more languages as your patient population requires.
